What is ArrowData?

ArrowData is a database in which all data is stored. From ArrowData all applications are fed the raw data needed to fill an application's tables. The raw data being stored within ArrowData is also accessible to fill custom in-house needs. ArrowData truly holds a lot of value to have access to the raw data for any collection needs.

What is ArrowShare?

ArrowShare is multiple applications on ONE user interface. ArrowShare allows the field worker to not notice the switching in and out of different applications. Data collection is done smoothly and simplifies the process for the field worker.

What is synchronization?

It is the process of updating the data on the mobile device with the data on the central database and vice versa.

What is a mobile device?

A mobile device is a type of computer that can be used in multiple locations. This could include a PDA, a laptop, a tablet, or a ruggedized handheld.

What is an identifying electronic tag (e-tag)?

A device used to give identity to an otherwise indistinguishable object. This includes memory buttons, RFID tags, MacSema Button Memory®, and bar codes.

What does it mean when a handheld computer is ruggedized?

This means that the actual computing device has been encased in a protective layer. It can then be dropped, submerged in water, and will perform at subzero temperatures.

What is a flash card?
