Users, Groups, and Permissions
In OrgAdmin it is essential to assign users to groups, and permissions to those users to allow (or disallow) different levels of access. In order to create a run or commission a handheld they too need to first belong to a group. Creating groups also assists the administrator in organizing and categorizing the runs, handhelds, and users.
Users, runs and handhelds all belong to permission groups/user groups/business units. These groups must be the first thing created in OrgAdmin. Users can belong to multiple groups. In OrgAdmin, they will only see the runs and handhelds that belong to the groups assigned to them. Runs and handhelds can only belong to one group
