HotLeap™ 8.0 is organized by Runs, which contain Sites, where Asset data and other forms are completed. Creating this work flow is easily done using OrgAdmin. On the Run Creation screen an OrgAdmin user can easily create the run, site, and asset hierarchy which is sent to a handheld through synchronization. No programming of individual handhelds needs to be scheduled by a programmer. Run changes can occur in OrgAdmin and in one sync those changes are pushed to the handheld so an operator will have the most up to date list of what needs to be collected.

A new asset or form for an asset can be on a handheld in 6 easy steps:
1. An OrgAdmin user would open the Run Creation screen.
2. Select or create the Run.
3. Select or create the Site.
4. An asset class template would be selected from the drop down menu and the OrgAdmin user would assign that template with an asset name to be seen on the handheld.
At this point the work of the OrgAdmin user is completed.
5. Step five is the synchronization of the handheld whenever an operator is able to attain an internet connection.
6. Once the handheld is done syncing the operator will open HotLeap™ on the handheld and see that a new run, new site and/or new asset has been sent to the handheld for data collection.
