Unit Category Selection in HotLeap™:
One of the first items that every company is required to do in OrgAdmin is to establish the measurement and volumetric units that collected data should be stored in. For many using the handheld they are accustomed to collecting in a certain unit but reporting systems need a specific unit. In HotLeap™ 8.0 operators are able to select from a drop down menu what units they would like to collect the data in. When that data is synchronized, the collected data will automatically be converted and stored in the corporate default unit that was selected when HotLeap™ 8.0 was installed. A company can also choose to limit the display units on the handheld if it desires, forcing data collection to a specific unit.
