Digital Plant Log is a standalone ArrowSync solution. It replaces the traditional method of taking daily plant readings by pen and paper and allows the operator to enter the data directly into a handheld.  

The captured plant log data is stored in a local database, which is then made available in report form to operations staff, plant maintenance staff, and engineering. The graphical and numeric reports produced by Digital Plant Log, are invaluable tools for anyone wanting to monitor, trend or optimize production equipment within a facility. HotButton developed ArrowReports to assist the clients in accessing their data in Digital Plant Log. ArrowReports: Bullseye, allows a client to choose the data points of a report whereas ArrowReports: Precision, allows a user to select a specific pre-made Crystal report.

This product was built using our core technology, ArrowSync. Unlike the integrated ArrowSync solutions we have created in the past this product has been created solely by HotButton and there is not an outside application company involved.

Features of Digital Plant Log:

• Administrators can set the frequency of data collections to fit the log schedule (shifts, daily, weekly, monthly)
• Device history available at the data point level.  History is shown in a graphical format
• Data entry points are customized using traditional log sheets and client business rules
• Collected data can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet or as a CSV file
